Celebrating 50 Years of Women's Media Group

From its inception, WMG has worked to grow and support women. Recognizing the need for a women-only networking group was an important step in the ’70s. Over the past five decades, our New York-based nonprofit has brought together women in media to collaborate with, learn from, inform, and support one another. Together, we seek to advance the position of all women through the power of communication and media.

To kick off this special year, we are hosting the WMG 50th Anniversary Gala, which will bring together members, friends, and supporters of women in media to commemorate this significant milestone!
