Thanks so much for your interest in Women’s Media Group. I’m the membership committee chairperson and would love to tell you more about our group.

About WMG:

We are made up of several hundred women working in various fields of publishing – including books, magazines, digital, and television–and we get together regularly for lunches featuring amazing speakers, as well as for informal social gatherings and networking events in New York City. We accept new members by nomination.

Members must meet certain criteria, as laid out in our WMG bylaws, including:

• Currently work in the media (which we usually define as book publishing, TV, magazines, newspapers, or online / digital media).
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in this role.
• Have “achieved distinction” in this role.
