Using her deep research on Latina women as a model for all women, Valeria Aloe will address the entrenched remnants of machismo, colorism, scarcity, and ideas about femininity that have impacted all of us.

During this dynamic session, Valeria will:

  • Address how to become a courageous leader committed to changing mindsets and transforming workplaces tailored women’s unique cultural needs.
  • Highlight key catalysts for growth such as building authentic professional brands, confidently advocating for your ideas, creating a supportive network of mentors and sponsors, and balancing multiple demands of work and family.
  • Explain how to apply science-based methods to foster your own lasting mindset and behavioral transformation.

A special segment of this session will offer an insightful overview of the Latino market and mindset in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
