Please join us for a special members-only, 45-minute bliss-out that is yoga nidra. Despite the word “yoga,” there will be no downward facing dogs or triangle poses. This is a guided, very visual meditation that makes it hard for your mind to wander and is designed to put you into the deeply relaxed, creative state between sleep and waking.
Yoga nidra is done either lying on a yoga mat or seated on a straight-back chair. Your camera will be off. We'll begin with a few simple breathing exercises and then begin this deeply restorative practice, which promotes both relaxation and inspiration. Warning: You might end up having a great night’s sleep.
