A note from Jennifer A. Perry (WMG co-President) on her theme: Fellow art enthusiasts: let’s meet at the Society of Illustrators on Manhattan’s upper east side to view an exhibit of Nora Krug’s politically motivated visual nonfiction work. Then we’ll enjoy each other’s company and chat about the role of art as a vehicle of political commentary and social impact, while indulging in a cocktail in the Society’s historic bar. I’ll cover the entrance fee; you cover any drinks you may indulge in.
Small Group Socials are networking events designed to encourage and facilitate meaningful connections among members. These gatherings are exclusively for WMG members and meet in small groups. This is a wonderful way to meet other WMG members who share common professional and personal interests and motivate one another.
